English activity on 20th of February”day versus night craft”
This month we are learning about the opposites and keeping our theme in mind we did the craft were we made the nighttime and daytime sky with sun ☀️ moon 🌙clouds ⛅️ and shinny starts🌟
We wanted to make sure we had a blue sky for our daytime art piece. So on the blue craftpaper children pasted the white clouds and yellow sun.
On the clouds cutouts kids now glued cotton balls to give the texture.
This look so good!
For the nighttime children stamped grey paint all over the moon cutout using sponge.
Next children used white paint to make the stars on the black craft paper by placing the paint brush over the paper and tapping gently on the paint brush and also added few shinny stars stickers.
The pink and green team pasted the big and small star stickers.
They completed the craft by sticking the moon.
Done!
It was fun learning about the opposites through this day versus night craft. We love how our day and night canvases turned out!
