The theme of the month is fruit, and so today's craft is Pineapple! 🍍
Kids first crumpled yellow crepe paper, which will serve as the pineapple skin.
Paper crumpling is a great way to enhance fine motor skills in the hands and strengthen finger muscles. Additionally, it would be beneficial for improving hand-eye coordination.
After crumpling, they then peel the double-sided tape stick from the yellow paper, which serves as the base of the pineapple craft.

As they went through each step of the activity, kids were learning the words CRUMPLE, PEEL, and STICK by hearing them again and again.
