Hello everyone!
Today we did a fun and engaging sensory play activity using real vegetables.
We used various types of green vegetables 🥬 to let the little ones explore different textures, smells, and more!
Vegetables We Used
Cabbage: The kids loved peeling off the big crunchy leaves.
Cucumber: Cold and slippery—perfect for curious hands. Kids loved playing with the cucumber slices and enjoyed the cool feel.
Even at this early age, children are constantly learning through play. This simple vegetable activity helped develop fine motor skills, encourage language (“green!” “cold!” “squishy!”) and Connect them to food and nature.
It was truly a sense of wonder to see the curious kids exploring the vegetables with laughs and laughter.
Thank you for today.
See you next week 😊
