Hello Everyone!
Christmas is around the corner and to keep up with the festive spirit today, children enjoyed a fun and gentle Christmas sensory activity.
First, each child decorated a Christmas tree picture and a clear cup using colorful stickers. This helped the children practice their fine motor skills as they peeled and placed the stickers. They also enjoyed choosing different colors and shapes.
Next, the teacher added soft white paper inside the cup to look like snow and placed a straw inside. The cup was closed securely by the teacher to keep it safe for
the children.
The children then gently blew through the straw. As they blew, the white paper moved around inside the cup and slowly fell, just like snow in a snow globe. The children watched with excitement as the “snow” floated and settled.
This snowy activity filled our day with Christmas joy. The children enjoyed making their own little snow globe and feeling the magic of the season.
Thank you so much 😊
