Jello sensory play

English Activity on 27th of march Ocean Jello dig.

Today's activity was "ocean jello dig" sensory play to review our ocean related vocabulary. As the theme was ocean we hide some ocean related toys; fish 🐠 turtle 🐢 crab🦀 treasure 💎 etc. that the children could dig out using their hands or play kitchen utensils.

Children look the sensory bin with curiosity.

Before they could touch, we introduced different sea creatures to children. 🦑 🐠 🦀 

Time to dig in!

Kids loved poking the Jello!

As they played with jello we talked about the texture of the jello and how it feels.

"Jiggly! Jiggly jelly!"

Everyone was so keen to dig in, feel it, squish it and taste it too.

Shinny Treasure!!!

It starts off feeling smooth and then lumpy and then squishy.

Children's had a lovely time squeezing , poking and digging out the toys from wiggly wobbly jell-O.
