Caterpillar craft

Aside from doing a review of their lesson for the whole school year, the kids are also learning about insects this month. So today, kids crafted a caterpillar. 🐛

 

Each kid has green paper with strip cuts. They started by rolling each strip to create a loop. They can start on either of the sides and stick it strip by strip using the double-sided tape.

 

After that, they make the caterpillar's head. The 2-year-old kids used color pens to draw their own caterpillar's eyes, nose, and mouth.

Kids 1 year old use a cut mouth and two white circles. They only needed to draw a black circle on the white circles for the eyes and use glue to stick the mouth.

Meanwhile, kids 0 years old just stick the prepared eyes and mouth onto the caterpillar's head.

And the final part is sticking a pair of red paper shaped like the catterpillar's head on both sides of the "looped tunnel." Then stick them together on the top.

And that's it! Their little caterpillar craft is ready to wiggle on its way! 🐛
